This application is a service of the Central Province Passenger Transport Services Authority (CPPTSA) facilitated by Asoka Perera.
The Subagaman Mobile App provides an intuitive navigation flow to Bus services and empower passengers in Central Province to make informed decisions and enhance their travel experience.
Bus Passengers can now plan their daily commute more efficiently. They can also access real time Central Province Bus Arrival Time information and locate nearby bus stops.
The My Notifications function now allows Bus Passengers to personalize notifications that matters to them. These notifications serve as real-time Bus information in Central Province.

TERMS OF USE
1. Thank you for visiting the Subgaman Mobile Application (“this application”). By accessing and using any part of this application, you shall be deemed to have accepted to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Use, please do not use this application.
GENERAL
2. These Terms of Use may be changed from time to time at the absolute discretion of CPPTSA. All changes will be posted on this page, and your use of this Application after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use and of all the changes.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
3. This application is owned by Asoka Pereraand operated by the Central Province Passenger Transport Authority (CPPTSA).
4. The materials located in this application including the information, trade and service marks and software programs (the “Contents”), are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licenced to or controlled by Asoka Perera or CPPTSA as relevant.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
5. 1. If you are only browsing this application, we do not capture data that allows us to identify you individually.
5.2. If you choose to make an application or send us an e-mail for which you provide us with personally identifiable data, we may share necessary data with other Government agencies, so as to serve you in a most efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. We will NOT share your personal data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
5.3. For your convenience, we may also display to you data you had previously supplied us or other Government agencies. This will speed up the transaction and save you the trouble of repeating previous submissions. Should the data be out-of-date, please supply us the latest data. We will retain your personal data only as necessary for the effective delivery of public services to you.
5.4. To safeguard your personal data, all electronic storage and transmission of personal data are secured with appropriate security technologies.
5.5. This application may contain links to other government and non-Government sites whose data protection and privacy practices may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these other website/ application and encourage you to consult the privacy notices of those website/ application.
5.6. By using this application you consent to the collection and use of your information including your personal data as outlined in this privacy statement.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF CONTENTS

Except as otherwise provided, the Contents of this application shall not be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, communicated or otherwise distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of CPPTSA. To use the Contents of this application or any part thereof, the user must seek permission in writing, stating the Contents for use; intent of use; manner of use; time frame of use and identity of the user. CPPTA reserves the right to refuse permission without stating any reason(s); and/or if information submitted by user is deemed insufficient.
7. Modification of any of the Contents or use of the Contents for any other purpose will be a violation of University of Moratuwa’s copyright and other intellectual property rights. Graphics and images on this application are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without written permission of ASOKA PERERA and CPPTA and/or their respective copyright owners.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
8. The Contents of this application are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asoka Perera and CPPTSA do not warrant and hereby disclaims any warranty:
(a) as to the accuracy, correctness, fullness, reliability, timeliness, non-infringement, title, merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose of the Contents of this application;
(b) that the Contents available through this application or any functions associated therewith will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected or that this application and the server is and will be free of all viruses or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent, program or macros and/or other harmful elements.
9. Asoka Perera or CPPTSA shall also not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused as a result (whether direct or indirect) of the use of this application or non-access thereof, including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of reliance on the Contents contained or available from this application.

Privacy & Data Safety
We respect user privacy and avoid deceptive or abusive practices. We only collect personal or sensitive user data necessary for the app’s core functionality, such as providing real‑time bus arrival times and nearby stop locations. Any sensitive data collection (e.g., location, notification preferences) is clearly explained within the app via prominent disclosures before requesting user consent or runtime permissions. We do not collect or share data for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes. Any third‑party SDKs used comply with Google’s Data Safety declaration requirements, and this information is fully and accurately reflected in the Play Console’s Data Safety form.
In‑App Disclosures & User Consent
Clear, in‑app disclosures explain what data is being accessed, why, and how it will be used—prior to requesting permissions. Consent mechanisms are explicit and require affirmative user action (e.g., tapping ‘Accept’). Permissions that are not essential to core functionality are not requested, and fallback options are provided where applicable.
Privacy Policy & Data Safety Section
We provide a comprehensive Privacy Policy, available via a public, non‑editable URL, linked both on the app’s Play Store listing and inside the app. The policy clearly states how user data is collected, used, maintained, and shared. We accurately complete the Data Safety form in Play Console, detailing data collection and security practices in line with app behavior and SDK usage.
User Accounts & Data Retention
If the app enables user accounts, it offers an easy-to-find option to request account deletion—both in-app and, if applicable, via a web link. This deletion process is also referenced in the Privacy Policy. We retain user data only as long as necessary for service delivery, and clearly outline retention and deletion policies both in-app and within the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Behavior
The app does not employ deceptive behavior, device or network abuse, or misrepresentation of content or functionality. We strictly avoid any practices that may confuse users, such as hidden data collection or misleading interface elements.
GOVERNING LAW
21. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of Sri Lanka.
