Speed of the Bus
The BMS monitors the speed of the bus when operating on scheduled services. The Subagaman App captures the movement of the bus and provides an updated arrival time to the location given by the passenger. This data is also used for making more efficient schedules as well as for ensuring reliability and safety in operations.
Location of the Bus
The Subagaman App shows the location of all the buses operating between the origin and destination provided by a user. The passenger can observe the bus approaching and plan for boarding the bus.
Remaining Bus Stops
The map shows the bus stops that a bus is yet to travel and therefore the App may be used even while traveling on the bus to determine the distance and approach to the alighting bus stop.
Operations Completed
The BMS calculates the actual operations by each bus as well as for each route and for a network at any given time. This is used by the Operations Control Centre (OCC) for monitoring the fulfilment of the scheduled services.
